city-rep - FAQs

why should I choose city-rep?: city-rep city-rep is a completely personalised service unlike any other available for people visiting London. Each project is planned and priced according to your needs and there are no one size fits all packages.
How long will our pre trip consultation last?: Normally the consulation will be a 10-15 minute call just to get an idea of what your likes and dislikes are to put together a sample of ideas for an itinerary.
Where will our welcome meeting take place?: That is completely up to you. city-rep can come to your hotel, or if you prefer to be out in the open and the sun is shining then city-rep will be pleased to meet you in a park or location of your choice.
How soon before my trip do I need to book my city-rep package?: This will depend on city-rep's availability. You should contact city-rep by email as soon as possible and city-rep will aim to be in touch with you within 48 hours. We will accommodate last minute bookings wherever possible.
What's not included?: No refreshments or entry fees to attractions are included in the cost of city-rep packages although city-rep can prebook attractions, events and restaurants for you in advance of your trip.
Will we see everything on the itinerary?: city-rep sends you a sample itinerary before your trip and you can choose for city-rep to accompany you on that itinerary, or you can change your plans on the day of your meeting. city-rep guided packages can be as structured or as spontaneous as you wish. You will discuss your final plans for your tour in the welcome meeting and can confirm which sights or attractions are 'must sees'.
What if I need to cancel my tour?: Cancellations made with 7 days notice of your trip will be refunded with a gift voucher that can be redeemed within one year. Cancellations within one week of the reservation will not be refunded.
Are your prices per person?: city-rep prices are per group.
What is the maximum number of people on a city-rep guided tour package?: city-rep tours are for your party only so that is entirely up to you. city-rep never mixes parties so you will know everyone who is with us!
